BBQ Pork Spare Ribs
Cheats recipe in a pressure cooker

Recipe:
1 kg Pork Ribs
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped garlic
3/4 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp Steak sauce
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/4 tsp dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Mustard sauce

2 tbsp cooking oil

To finish the sauce:
200 ml Tomato puree
2 tbsp Wrocestershire sauce
2 tbsp Barbeque sauce
Pinch of pepper

Method:
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl
2. Pour oil into the pressure cooker
3. Add the racks of ribs and season with salt, pour the sauce over the top and pressure cook on low heat for THREE whistles.
4. After the third whistle has blown, turn off the heat and let it rest for 30 minutes before opening the lid, make sure you’ve released all the steam.
5. Remove the ribs on a cutting board, and the sauce into a pan.
6. Add the tomato puree, Worcestireshire, Barbecue sauce and pepper, check for seasoning and reduce the sauce on a low heat until nice and thick.
7. Cut the rack into individual ribs and pour over the sauce and serve.
